What time can I check in?
You can check in from 16:00 until 22:00.
What time can I check out?
You can check out until 11:00. Late check outs are available upon request.
What policies are in place?
To ensure an unforgettable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you: refrain from smoking indoors, avoid parties or loud music, especially during quiet hours from 11PM to 7AM. We invite you to care for the island by separating your waste. Furthermore please note there are no pets allowed.
Is daily cleaning provided during my stay?
There is daily cleaning between 8 AM–12 PM, ensuring your stay remains pristine. Linen and towels are changed every three days, in line with our eco-conscious ethos. We balance comfort with care for the environment. Should you need a fresh set sooner, just let us know and we’ll happily provide it.
Is zest an adults only hotel in ibiza?
No. Our villas and most suites are built for adults, with private pools and quiet terraces. Some
suite types welcome up to two children. We can confirm the right room for your stay on request.

Yes. UNVRS, Ushuaïa, Hï and Pacha are a short drive from the resort. Close enough to enjoy
the night. Far enough from the clubs that your room stays quiet.

Not in the usual sense. We have a rooftop bar and a programme of live performances. We also
have five acres of hillside, private villas, and suites with their own pools. Nightlife is nearby, but
ZEST offers a place of calmness.
Where is the best place to stay in ibiza for nightlife without losing sleep?
On a hilltop, close to the clubs but not inside them. ZEST sits above the west coast, close to the
water and facing the open sea. It is the side of the island where the sun sets over the Mediterranean.

Yes. Architecture by Costas Gagos, built from local stone, timber, and clay. The buildings follow

Is zest an art hotel in ibiza?
In its own way. We commissioned BOEM Art for the resort. Jasper de Vlam created The
Guardian, six metres high at the entrance and looking up over the hill, and Forever on Vacation
at Bacuda. The ceramics, the furniture, the gardens, and the light carry the rest. The island is the
frame.
